Our Changing Lives Forever (CLF) program is in need of volunteers for a variety of roles—and with a range of time commitments. Please consider supporting this vital program that helps people break the cycle of poverty and become more self-sufficient.
Poverty Simulation Volunteers
- 3-5 hours once a year
- 5-8 volunteers needed
- Volunteer areas: Registration, food and beverage, resource table helpers, set-up, clean-up
Are you interested in helping educate people to understand the best way to serve our neighbors in need? Changing Lives Forever will host a poverty simulation one time a year. It is an experience designed to help participants understand what it is like to live in a typical low-income family trying to make ends meet from month to month. The main objective of the simulation is to sensitize the participants to the realities that low-income people face.
CLF Graduate Program
- 2-3 hours once a month
- 3-4 volunteers needed
- Volunteer areas: Workshop table, administrative assistant, meals
Changing Lives Forever Graduate Program is a program designed for our graduates to add additional support, education and resources.
CLF Admin Volunteer Team
- 5-10 hours monthly
- 2 volunteers needed
- Volunteer areas: CLF databases, filing, quarterly projects and events
Are you interested in supporting the Changing Lives Forever team? We are looking for someone with strong computer skills and great customer service skills.
CLF Facilitators Re-entry and Community
- 3 hours weekly/16 weeks
- 6 volunteers needed
- Volunteer area: Group sessions
Are you interested in helping our neighbors facing barriers and willing to make a change in their lives, understand poverty, and plan how to achieve goals during CLF sessions?
