Registration is now open for the second annual SVdP Indy Love Your Neighbor 5K Run/Walk presented by Ascension St. Vincent. This year, we’ve made it a hybrid event—that means you can either:

  • In-person: Run or walk at White River State Park on April 24 at 9 a.m.
  • Virtual: Participate at any time, anywhere between April 17 –May 1

The Love Your Neighbor 5K Run/Walk is a great opportunity to get some fresh air and exercise while helping to support the neighbors we serve. All proceeds from this fun event go directly to support our homeless outreach and other critical programs. And we can only continue to support the ever-evolving needs of our community if we are in this together.

Three Ways to Get Involved

With your support, we can ensure important services continue for those in need. You can participate one of three ways:

  • Participate in the run/walk AND/OR sponsor a student
Sign up to run/walk and invite your family and friends to do so as well! Now through March 22, we have the early bird registration fee of $29. The fee increases to $35 after that day. You can also sponsor a student (or two!) to participate. There is a special $20 student rate. Register
  • Sponsor the run/walk
Our sponsorship packages offer a great opportunity to gain exposure as a supporter of this important work. We have developed a set of sponsorships for all budgets and commitment levels. Sponsor
  • Make a donation

Special Invite for Catholic High School Students!

We would like to extend a special invitation to the Catholic High Schools in Indianapolis to participate in this fun event with us. We will have a special $20 student rate—plus the option for others to sponsor a student who may not be able to afford the registration fee. This is a great opportunity for students, sports teams and activity clubs to gather and get their service hours done together all at the same time. Mascots are invited to attend free of charge to cheer on students. Faculty and student family members are encouraged to participate as well.
